We caught up with Kristal and asked her a few questions about her adorable handmade tutu line, and her experiences so far working with TAG. Here’s what she said:
Tell us a little bit about your shoppe.
Atutudes was started when Jennifer and I were looking for the perfect outfit for Jennifer’s daughter Elan’s first birthday party. We didn’t find exactly what we were looking for so we decided to try making tutus ourselves. From the minute I made the first one I was hooked. It is so much fun to have a creative outlet that brings so much joy to our customers. It is not like working at all.
What is your favorite product from your shoppe and why?
It’s so hard to choose just one! It changes as I evolve and make new things. I really love our new Circus Fun Tutu. It is so bright and cheery. We spray it with gold glitter. I love anything shimmery.
When you’re not handcrafting such precious tutus, what are your hobbies?
I love to shop, to try new restaurants, to cook and bake, to travel to new places, to connect with friends and to relax at the beach with my husband.
What do you like best about The Artisan Group?
I love the close-knit community we have. I have gotten so much from being in the group and have not participated in an event yet. It is so much more than just getting my products into the hands of celebrities. We have the opportunity to give back to worthy charities. We network and promote each other. Nikki and Valerie are wonderful leaders and teachers. I am constantly learning ways to excel at my craft business. Each day brings something new and exciting. I just love it! I cannot wait to see what the future holds. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
