**NOTE: All Display/Swag Bag, Product-Only and Press Bag spots have been reserved for this event.**

For the Display/Swag Bag option, you'll need to provide 100 individually packaged products or pieces of art to be gifted to the celebrities, plus one Display item for our exhibit table. This is the item celebrities will hold when they pose for photographs.

For the Business Card-Only option, you'll need to provide 100 business cards to be included in the celebrity swag bags. Business card size cannot exceed 3.5" x 2.5"

For the Press Bag option, you'll need to provide 10 individually packaged products or pieces of art to be gifted to members of the press.

DEADLINE for all Final Event Fees* to be paid in full = JANUARY 3, 2012
DEADLINE for press gifts/business cards to be RECEIVED by representatives = JANUARY 15, 2012
DEADLINE for celebrity gifts/display pieces to be RECEIVED by representatives = FEBRUARY 1, 2012

* All Event Fees are due upon securing your reservation. "Final Event Fees" refers to the remainder of event fees due by all Display/Swag Bag participants, if they secured their spot using a $200 deposit.
