For the Display + Celebrity Gifting option, you'll need to provide 100 individually packaged products or pieces of art to be gifted to the celebrities, plus one product to go on display at our exhibit. This level does include the opportunity for a celebrity photo with your product.

For the Product-Only celebrity gifting option, you'll need to provide one-hundred 100 individually packaged products or pieces of art to be gifted to the celebrities. This level does not include the opportunity for a celebrity photo with your product.

For the Press Bag gifting option, you'll need to provide ten (10) individually packaged products or pieces of art to be gifted to various attending members of the press

For the Business Card-Only option, you'll need to provide one-hundred 100 business cards to be included in the celebrity swag bags. Business card size cannot exceed 3.5" x 2.5".

DEADLINE for all Final Event Fees* to be paid in full = DECEMBER 24, 2012
DEADLINE for Displays, Press Gift-Only, Industry Mixer Gift-Only, and/or Business Card-Only to be RECEIVED by representatives = FEBRUARY 1, 2013
DEADLINE for Celebrity Gifts to be RECEIVED by representatives = FEBRUARY 8, 2013

* All Event Fees are due upon securing your reservation. "Final Event Fees" refers to the remainder of event fees due by all Display/Swag Bag participants, if they secured their spot using a $220 deposit.
